    Returns:
    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team at info@themeliorist.nl to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

    Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges:
    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.

    Damaged or Defective Items:
    In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may require you to provide photos or additional information to assist with the assessment. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

    Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as candles that have been lit or used.
